Our Evolution D5 4 passenger golf carts have 4 forward facing seats with luxury, marine vinyl cushioned seats, and a powerful 8.4 HP AC electric engine powered by a 130AH lithium battery with a built-in charger. Evolution Golf Cart

lithium golf carts, golf cart sales, golf cart lithium batteryAs low speed vehicles (LSVs), Evolution golf carts all come with a 17-digit VIN number, and features standard to regular cars like head lights, tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals, which allows them to be registered as LSVs and become street legal. When a cart is street legal, it is able to be driven on any public road with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less. Evolution golf carts can reach a maximum speed of 24mph, and come standard with a high-capacity lithium battery, able to travel up to approximately 80-100 miles on a charge. With an Evolution lithium battery – also made by Evolution -, it can take as little as 2 hours to charge the cart, depending on the size of the battery.

Evolution golf carts can also have a number of accessories installed, including a Bluetooth sound system, touchscreen with speedometer and backup camera, a microphone for hands-free phone calls, color-matched two-tone seats, and color-matched 14 inch rims – most golf cart tires only have 10 or 12 inch rims. All models can be fitted with a dust cover, enclosure, and windshield shade, and the option of installing a different front bumper or brush guard is also available. A clipboard for a golf score card can be installed on the steering wheel, and other golf accessories like a sand bottle, golf ball washer, and golf bag holder are also offered. Evolution also has a cooler able to be installed, and several different colored cupholder inserts.

Kodiak Lithium Golf Carts

Another feature is the folding rear footrest – the footrest on the back of the cart can be folded in to make the cart shorter, creating more space for storage. Kodiak golf carts are available in two body styles – the Defender and the Apex. Both carts have the same premium features and can travel up to 25mph, and differ in the shape of their bodies. The Apex has a more triangle shape to its front end, with a hexagon pattern across the grill structure in front, while the Defender is more squared and has a chrome grill. The headlights, sides, and fenders are also shaped differently. Kodiak golf carts have a 2 year warranty.

Kodiak golf carts also come with a 48V 105AH Eco brand lithium battery, with an 8 year warranty. Not only are Eco lithium batteries 80% lighter than lead-acid batteries, the standard in most golf carts, they are 30% lighter than other lithium batteries! Guaranteed to work with any motor and controller upgrades that may be performed, Eco lithium batteries have a higher battery management system (BMS) than most other lithium batteries, and are not only zero maintenance, but have a 2.5 hour charging time too.

T-Sport Golf Cart

The T-Sport 6 passenger lifted golf cart has 4 forward facing seats and 2 rear seats facing backward, and they come with custom two-tone padded luxury seats. All safety features needed to make it a street legal vehicle are in place – headlights, tail lights, brake lights, DOT windshield with wiper, DOT 3-point seat belts, a horn, and a speed range of 20-25mph. This cart is allowed on public roads that have a posted speed limit of 35mph or less.

The T-Sport 6 passenger lifted golf cart also comes with many accessories that need to be purchased an installed in other golf carts, including a 105AH lithium battery, Bluetooth sound system,  backup camera, two-tone custom seats, windshield wiper, custom steering wheel, and padded cupholder armrests on the back seats. Switching from lead-acid to lithium comes with several benefits, including no battery maintenance – such as waterfilling or terminal cleaning/tightening -, a much longer life, a much longer driving range, a much faster charging time, much less weight on the golf cart – up to 400 pounds less, depending on the kind of lithium battery -, and many more charging cycles. Lead-acid batteries only last around 1 to 2 years while lithium batteries can last up to 10 years, and our RoyPow batteries can recharge completely in just 5 hours, while lead-acid batteries can take up to 18 hours to fully recharge if they are very low.

The 56AH battery can travel approximately 30-35 miles on a charge, while the 100AH can travel about 60-65 miles on a charge, and the 160AH can travel about 90-95 miles on a charge. Allied Golf Cart Lithium Battery

When removing a system of lead-acid batteries – often 6 to 8 70-pound batteries – and replacing them with a single, 71 pound Allied battery, between approximately 300 and 400 pounds of weight is removed from the golf cart, greatly improving performance. The Allied battery is also easy to install, and is referred to as “drop-in ready”.

The battery is great for long-term storage, as it has its own storage mode. To store correctly: fully charge the battery, unplug charger, flip the golf cart switch to tow mode, and press the power button on the side of the Allied battery. This puts it into storage mode – great for snowbirds leaving their carts in storage. The Allied battery also works with upgraded motors and controllers. From fleet to performance, Allied has the right battery to run your golf cart or ATV vehicle perfectly.

ProVolt Lithium Battery

Most standard golf cart batteries only last 1 to 2 years, with around 500 charging cycles, while a ProVolt battery can be charged approximately 3,500 times over a period of about 10 years. Each battery is put through strict quality control and testing, which includes using rigorous vibration tests developed by Volkswagon engineers.

ProVolt batteries are available in 105AH, best for 4 passenger golf carts, and 176AH, recommended for 6 passenger golf carts. Our ProVolt battery kit comes with everything necessary to convert a 48V golf cart, including the battery, charger, mounting brackets, and adaptor. The ProVolt charger is automatic and is designed to shut off when charging is complete, and charges at a rate of 25amp. A ProVolt lithium battery  is also significantly lighter than a system of lead-acid batteries, weighing under 200 pounds. Because only one is needed as opposed to multiple 6V, 8V, or 12V lead-acid batteries, the less weight on the golf cart improves performance, speed, and can even increase the overall life of the golf cart.

Jensen Beach Golf Cart Rental, along with our several rental delivery locations – the list can be found at the bottom of any page -, is pleased to announce the launch of golfcartenclosure.net, which features all of our golf cart enclosures that we have available for sale, for several different brands of golf carts, with options for 2 passenger carts, 4 passenger carts, and 6 passenger carts. Currently, we have enclosures available for Advanced EV/Icon® golf carts, Evolution 4 passenger golf carts, Bintelli Beyond golf carts, and America EV Mokee golf carts. In the future, we will be adding more golf cart enclosures to our inventory, but for now, the enclosures we have available are mostly available in black, with some also available in white and tan.

Our new ProVolt lithium battery is the newest addition to our wide range of golf cart batteries for sale, and like other lithium batteries, is designed to replace a system of lead-acid batteries. Upgrading to a lithium battery provides several different benefits, including a longer driving range, shorter charging time, a longer battery lifespan, no maintenance, and less weight on the golf cart. The ProVolt lithium battery has two sizes – 105AH, best for 4 passenger golf carts, and 176AH, recommended for 6 passenger golf carts. Our ProVolt battery kit comes with everything necessary to convert a 48V golf cart, including the battery, charger, mounting brackets, and adaptor. The ProVolt charger is automatic and is designed to shut off when charging is complete, and charges at a rate of 25amp. A ProVolt lithium battery is also significantly lighter than a system of lead-acid batteries, weighing under 200 pounds. Because only one is needed as opposed to multiple 6V, 8V, or 12V lead-acid batteries, the less weight on the golf cart improves performance, speed, and can even increase the overall life of the golf cart. All ProVolt batteries have a digital state of charge meter built into the top of the case, which can switch from voltage to percent of charge, as well as a duplicate remote meter which can be mounted on the dash. ProVolt batteries also have the ability to communicate by Bluetooth to an Android phone with an app that will soon be available in the Android Play store. Apple products will also be supported as well in the near future.

Recently added to our main website, Prime Golf Cars, the Elite EV golf cart, now available with the 2+2 passenger (4 passenger) classic and lifted golf carts, and 4+2 passenger (6 passenger) classic and lifted golf carts. The Elite EV golf cart retains the classic body style of other golf cart brands – with 2 or 4 seats facing forward and 2 seats facing backward – while keeping up-to-date with the newest golf cart technology. The standard carts have smaller, smooth tires more suited for street use, as opposed to the bumpy tires of a lifted golf cart. As a street ready vehicle, it includes all safety features – headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn signals, horn -, and is allowed on public roads with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less. The Elite EV golf cart comes in a range of colors and also features 10 inch alloy rims, functional front and rear bumpers, digital gauges, and more.
